I want to remodel a house, but I'm not sure if that's what I want to do in the long term.
My advice is to resell at least one house before deciding what you want. With just one resale, you will recoup your investment and be better prepared to decide if it is right for you.
What if I don't have the money to buy a property to renovate?
No problem! I’ll help you create a strategy so you don’t have to use your own money to remodel a house.
What if all the properties around here were expensive? I would never be able to resell them in my market!
In addition to not using your own money, you have the advantage of learning how to sell houses remotely! This means you can choose any neighborhood in the United States and be successful. If you feel more comfortable starting in a market with lower prices, no problem!
My schedule is unpredictable. What happens if I miss a session?
This course is pre-recorded, and you can register and watch it at your own pace. You can move as fast or as slow as you need to. Since you have lifetime access, time is never an issue… although the sooner you finish and can take action, the better.
